As a Music Director, Kim has worked along side many notable music directors like Ricky Minor, Ray Chew and Shelia E. In 2008 Kim's involvement as Creative Music Dir for the historical Grammy Performance of Beyonce and Tina Turner, was documented and placed on a visual display by the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, CA. Kim was dubbed the full composer of the Musical Movie entitled "Leave It On The Floor". She is the current Creative Music Director for BET's Black Girls Rock and has held this position since 2011. Kim works consistently crafting artist's show music and vocals for Ciara, Brandy, Jennifer Lopez and more. Most recently Kim was appointed as the Creative Music Director for Jennifer Lopez' "All I Have" Las Vegas Residency and continues to work with JLo on various performances from television to the live stage.（db）
